Step 1. 
3D Body Scan. 
Digital Capture.

The customer’s body is captured in seconds with sub-millimeter precision, creating a Digital Body Twin that serves as the foundation for all future garments and reorders.

Step 2. 
AI Measurement. 
Intelligent Fit Extraction.

Advanced algorithms automatically derive hundreds of measurement points from the 3D data and translate them into tailoring standards. This ensures consistency and accuracy without manual measuring.

Step 3.
Variant Configuration. 
Digital Design & Styling.

Together with a stylist, the customer selects fabrics, style details, and personalization options via an interactive digital configurator. All choices are automatically merged with the measurement data.

Step 4.
Holo Try-On. 
Holographic Visualization.

The configured garment is projected life-size onto the customer’s Digital Body Twin using mixed-reality visualization. This emotional preview confirms fit and design before production begins.

Step 5.
Digital Pipeline.
Pattern Generation & Production Data

The confirmed garment design is transformed into a digital production file optimized for the individual body geometry. The system automatically generates the production data packet for remote manufacturing.

Offshore Tailoring.
Distributed On-Demand Manufacturing

The digital production data is securely transmitted to partner ateliers in cost-efficient manufacturing regions. Skilled tailors execute the craftsmanship steps — cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control — under MyStyle.Moda’s technical supervision.

Step 7.
Mannequin Verification (Optional).
Physical Fit Validation

For critical garments or new clients, a physical body replica or equivalent 3D reference is produced to validate fit accuracy and drape before final assembly. This minimizes remake risk without requiring client attendance.

Step 8.
Delivery & Reorder

The finished garment is shipped back to the MyStyle.Moda boutique, often thousands of kilometers from the production site, where final presentation and fitting take place. The updated Digital Body Twin enables instant, no-touch reorders at any time.
